This agreement governs the general terms and conditions of purchase for the various products offered on this website by LARRUY, SL (hereinafter GUILLERMINA BAEZA), with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B61870309 and registered office at C/ Negrevernis, nº 11-13, 08034 Barcelona, ​​Spain. By completing the registration process and purchasing any of our products, the CUSTOMER expressly accepts and agrees to the clauses specified below, as well as the terms and conditions of access to and use of our website and its privacy policy, accessible via the "Legal Notices" link. The CUSTOMER acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to enter into this contract. This agreement is permanently accessible in the legal notices section of our website. 1. PRICES AND TAXES In consideration for the purchased product, the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to pay GUILLERMINA BAEZA the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.guillerminabaeza.es for the selected products. The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which IS INCLUDED in the prices detailed for each product. Delivery of the items will be considered to take place within the VAT territory if the delivery address is located in Spain. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally established rate in force at any given time, depending on the specific item. In the case of shipments to countries of the European Union (Portugal, Italy, and France), Spanish VAT will be deducted, and the VAT rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied. In the event of import and/or customs duties, these will be the responsibility of the recipient. These costs may vary depending on the destination country, so in most cases, the figures cannot be estimated prior to delivery. Shipping costs are NOT included in the product price. Once you have finished selecting your products, and before confirming your order and proceeding to payment, the final purchase price will appear on the screen. This price will include VAT (Value Added Tax), handling, packaging, and shipping costs, if applicable, which will be reflected in the order confirmation at the time of purchase and on the invoice. Anything not specifically listed as included in the description is not included. 2. PURCHASE PROCEDURE Only individuals over 14 years of age and companies may place orders through this website. All our products are detailed individually on the website. The procedure for making and managing your purchase is outlined on the website, and you only need to follow these steps:

  1. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
  2. By selecting a product, it can be added to the Shopping Cart and you can choose between continuing to shop or processing the order.
  3. To process your order, you must complete a form with your personal information to finalize the purchase. If this is your first time accessing our website, you can complete the purchase form and create a personal user account to process your order. Once you complete this step, you will receive confirmation of your successful registration at the email address you provided. If you are already a registered user, simply enter the username and password you created during your first purchase to continue the purchase process. Your username and password are personal and belong to the person who completed the registration process, who is solely responsible for their safekeeping. Through your account, you can manage the information we hold about you and modify or update your data.
  4. Next, the order will be verified, detailing each selected item and calculating the total price.
  5. You will also need to provide the billing and delivery addresses for your purchase. You can use a single address for both billing and delivery.
  6. Once the process is completed, it will be necessary to first check a box to verify that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale.
  7. The website will provide you with the mechanisms to make the payment according to the system chosen in each case.
  8. Once you have entered your payment details, you must confirm your order by clicking the "Buy" button.
  9. Once the "Buy" button is pressed, the product delivery process will begin.

The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the photographs and descriptions of the products on the website are approximate representations of the products and services offered and may therefore differ from the actual product. The descriptions and illustrations of the products offered through this website are for informational purposes only. 3. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY The products offered by GUILLERMINA BAEZA are available for distribution in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. Orders will be processed once payment has been received. The availability of products offered by GUILLERMINA BAEZA is always subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product. Therefore, if an item is unavailable, the customer will be duly informed of its unavailability. Under normal circumstances, all products displayed on our website are available for delivery within the indicated timeframes. In cases where, after placing an order, the product ordered by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed and offered an alternative product with similar characteristics, price, and quality. If the CUSTOMER is still not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, GUILLERMINA BAEZA will refund the amount already paid and inform the CUSTOMER of the refund procedures and timeframes. As a general rule, the maximum delivery time to the customer's address will be 7 to 10 business days in Spain and Portugal, and 4 to 15 business days in Italy and France, from the time of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed payment. These delivery times are approximate and in no way binding on GUILLERMINA BAEZA. Deliveries will be made on business days (Monday to Friday). The CUSTOMER is advised to indicate their preferred delivery time when completing the order details in the Comments section. The delivery of the purchased product to your home will be carried out by the carrier, along with a delivery note, to the address indicated in the order, which the customer must sign as proof of receipt. The customer will also be duly informed in the event of any issues or delays in delivery for any reason. If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the recipient's absence, the carrier will contact the customer directly and provide detailed instructions on the next steps. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. GUILLERMINA BAEZA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of purchased items due to causes attributable to the carrier. To keep you informed about the status of your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. You can also check the status of your order on the carrier's website. To do this, the CUSTOMER must contact us and we will provide them with the link and access code to view the status of their order. 4. PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS The following payment methods are accepted:

- Debit or credit card: The transaction is processed by connecting directly to Banco Sabadell through their payment gateway. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

GUILLERMINA BAEZA has no access to your credit card information. All our payment systems are completely secure. Payments are required before the product is delivered or the service is provided. Therefore, GUILLERMINA BAEZA will not provide the requested product until payment has been received. GUILLERMINA BAEZA reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel services in the event of any payment issues. 5. INVOICES To obtain an invoice, please contact customer service at info@guillerminabaeza.es . The CUSTOMER is responsible for confirming receipt of notifications and informing us of any changes to their information. GUILLERMINA BAEZA is not liable for any consequences arising from this. 6. WARRANTY All our products undergo quality control and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design, or material defects, provided that the lack of conformity is reported within 2 months of becoming aware of it. The warranty covers only defective products. It does not cover damage from impacts, misuse, or other issues not attributable to a supplier defect or a flaw in the product. During the warranty period, the CUSTOMER may return the product, and we will repair or replace it. Shipping costs incurred for returns under warranty will NOT be borne by the CUSTOMER. The purchase invoice serves as the warranty document. 7. RETURNS The following return conditions for our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted provided no more than 14 days have passed since receipt of the product, and all packaging and accessories must be included. Prior to acceptance, the product will be inspected to ensure it has not been used or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

During the sale period (July 1st to September 30th), returns will not be accepted on discounted items. Only exchanges or store credit for future online purchases will be permitted.


The CLIENT will always be offered, if possible, repair or replacement of the part at no additional cost. The shipping costs for the new part will be covered by GUILLERMINA BAEZA.

We ask for responsibility in returns, as for GUILLERMINA BAEZA it implies an extra cost of transport and treatment of the garment for its subsequent sale with the maximum hygiene and safety measures.

In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by GUILLERMINA BAEZA of the condition of the returned product and verification that the requirements stipulated in these terms and conditions of sale have been met. Once the return is received, and if applicable, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum of 30 days and using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

GUILLERMINA BAEZA reserves the right to refuse returns reported or sent outside the established timeframe or for products that are not in the same condition as when they were received. Returns will be processed by sending an email to info@guillerminabaeza.es with a description of the reasons and grounds for the return. You must also include your full name and order reference number. Once we receive your request, we will process it accordingly.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. IMPORTANT: Due to the characteristics and nature of the product, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 103(e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, on the Defense of Consumers and Users. Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The CUSTOMER will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, and the collection cost will be deducted from the refund, except in cases of defective quality, a shipping error on our part, or a size change. We will process this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal from this contract, you must return the goods to LARRUY, SL, C/ Negrevernis, nº 11-13, 08034 Barcelona, ​​without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The goods being returned must be in perfect condition, undamaged, undeformed, and free from signs of wear, scratches, or stains. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 9. CONTRACT FORMATION AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS This contract will be formed upon payment for the product and the sending of a confirmation email to the CLIENT with a description of the purchase. GUILLERMINA BAEZA reserves the right to modify the characteristics and conditions of its services in any way, always with the aim of improving them and providing a benefit to the CLIENT. 10. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES GUILLERMINA BAEZA undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the contracted products and services, exercising the utmost diligence in the provision of the service, as well as to maintain the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, using appropriate technical and IT equipment, and to manage the logistics, shipping, and delivery of the purchase through the carrier. The CLIENT agrees to use the services provided in good faith, without violating any applicable laws or infringing the rights of third parties, and to pay for the selected product in the time and manner stipulated in these terms and conditions of sale, and to receive it at the designated delivery address. GUILLERMINA BAEZA does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service covered by this contract, due to circumstances arising from internet network problems, computer equipment malfunctions, and other unforeseen events. Therefore, the CLIENT agrees to accept these circumstances within reasonable limits and expressly waives any right to claim against GUILLERMINA BAEZA for any contractual or extra-contractual liability for possible failures, errors, or misuse of the contracted service. 11. COMMUNICATIONS All notifications between the parties will preferably be made via email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of notifications and for informing GUILLERMINA BAEZA of any changes to their information, thereby exempting GUILLERMINA BAEZA from any liability arising from this. In the event of a change, the CLIENT must notify GUILLERMINA BAEZA via the email address or telephone numbers indicated on our website. In compliance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial communications and information regarding our website and the products offered therein will be sent by email to the address you provide, which is always revocable. In any case, you have the option to opt out of our commercial communications by sending an email to info@guillerminabaeza.es with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. 12. COMMITMENT, ACCEPTANCE, AND VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT The CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted the legal terms of use and the website's privacy policy. The CLIENT acknowledges having understood all the information regarding the products and services, including, where applicable, delivery, offered on our website, as well as all the terms and conditions contained in this electronic contract. Therefore, the CLIENT affirms that this information is sufficient to preclude any error in consent to this contract and, consequently, accepts it fully and expressly. The CLIENT is fully aware that the acceptance and execution of this contract will take place through the provision of their data and the clicking of the “Buy” button indicated on our website, and that it will be finalized upon payment for the service. 13. APPLICABLE LAW This contract is of a commercial nature and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the parties regarding the interpretation, content, or execution of this Contract that cannot be resolved amicably, the Parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals that are competent in each case.
